2. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale govern the sales made through The Little Dream Co online store. By placing an order on our website, the customer declares to have read and accepted these Terms of Sale, as well as our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. These Terms apply to consumers purchasing products for personal or domestic use. Products sold at The Little Dream Co are not intended for unauthorized commercial resale.

3. Products

The Little Dream Co sells products intended for home care and daily living with dogs. We do our best to present our products clearly and accurately, including images, descriptions, features, sizes, and recommended uses. However, the color, texture, or appearance of the product may vary slightly depending on the screen, lighting, or settings of the device used by the customer. The essential characteristics of each product are indicated on the corresponding product page.

4. Availability

Products are offered subject to available stock. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible by email. In this case, we may offer an alternative, wait for restocking, or cancel the order and issue the corresponding refund.

5. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. The applicable price is the one indicated on the product page at the time the order is placed, barring obvious errors. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Unless otherwise stated, shipping to the United States is included in the product price. If EVCA operates under the VAT exemption scheme, invoices or sales documents may include the statement: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

6. Order

To place an order, the customer must select the product, choose the available variants, add it to the cart, and complete the checkout process. Before confirming the order, the customer must carefully review:

The order is considered confirmed when the payment has been accepted and the customer receives an email confirmation. The Little Dream Co reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in the event of incorrect information, suspected fraud, inability to process payment, lack of availability, or an obvious error in product information or pricing.

7. Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods available at checkout. Available payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, accelerated payment methods, and other methods activated in the store. The order will not be processed until the payment has been confirmed. The customer guarantees that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping to the United States is free, unless explicitly stated otherwise during the checkout process. The estimated order preparation time is 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the confirmation and processing of the order. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as carrier issues, high demand, holidays, weather conditions, logistical restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. The Little Dream Co is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. 9. Right of Withdrawal

If the product is shipped within the European Union, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without needing to justify their decision. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us at info@thelittledream.co with a clear statement indicating their wish to cancel or return their order. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear, and in its original packaging whenever possible. The customer must keep the receipt or proof of purchase. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

10. 30-Day Commercial Returns

In addition to the 14-day legal right of withdrawal, The Little Dream Co offers a commercial 30-day return policy from the receipt of the order. To request a return, the customer must write to info@thelittledream.co indicating:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Email used for the purchase

  • Reason for the return

  • Photographs of the product, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If the return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send the package.

11. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in suitable condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used by pets, washed, soiled, stained, damaged, chewed, cut, or that show odors, pet hair, or signs of wear. We also cannot accept returns of products damaged due to improper use, incorrect washing, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

The customer must inspect the order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the order placed, the customer must contact us as soon as possible at info@thelittledream.co. The message must include the order number and clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label. If we confirm a defect, damage, or error in the order, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or equivalent solution.

13. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved and the customer has not received it, they can contact us at info@thelittledream.co.

14. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get another product or size is to return the original item, provided it meets the return conditions, and make a new purchase.

15. Legal Warranties

This policy does not limit the legal rights the customer may have as a consumer. The products sold by The Little Dream Co are subject to applicable legal warranties, including the legal guarantee of conformity where appropriate. If a product shows a lack of conformity or defect covered by the applicable legal warranty, the customer can contact us at info@thelittledream.co to review the case. The legal warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect use, incorrect washing, chewing, cutting, accidents, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the product instructions.

16. Proper Product Use

The customer must use the product in accordance with the instructions indicated on the product page, labels, packaging, or communications from The Little Dream Co. The Little Dream Co products are not dog toys. They should not be chewed, cut, ingested, or used for anything other than their intended purpose. The customer is responsible for supervising the use of the product when necessary, especially if the dog has a tendency to chew, destroy, or ingest fabrics.

17. Liability

The Little Dream Co shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product, lack of supervision, incorrect washing, modification of the product, normal wear and tear, or use contrary to the instructions. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits the non-waivable rights that may apply to the customer as a consumer under applicable law.

18. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including logistical issues, strikes, weather conditions, transportation restrictions, technical problems, supplier interruptions, pandemics, government decisions, or force majeure events.

20. Intellectual Property
